Guarantee
All originals or prints executed by the artist are guaranteed to be free of defects due to faulty craftsmanship or materials for a period of twelve months from date of purchase. In the case of more experimental materials being used, details of which are noted in the description accompanying each piece displayed on this site, the warranty will remain in effect for twelve months as noted above.
If flaws should appear during this period and be due to such causes, said work(s) shall be subject to repair or replacement, at the option of the artist. The purchaser is cautioned that the artist cannot be held responsible for fading, cracking, and other damage due to improper storage or display of said artwork or hazards of exposure to sunlight and weather.
Should the work develop defects under proper care and need repairing, costs incurred in making arrangements for shipping are to be shared by the purchaser and the artist. In the case of a replacement being agreed upon, the artist will assume responsibility for crating, shipping and insurance.
All works purchased are the copyright property of Dan Daulby (artist). The purchaser has the right to exhibit and to document for record keeping purposes and insurance, otherwise no reproduction of the work, in any form, may be made without written consent of the artist.
The artist reserves the right to request any and all works for exhibition purposes and will notify the purchaser in writing, in advance of the exhibition. The artist will assume responsibility for all expenses and insurance concerning transportation to and return of the works requested.
